About You


To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Experience in supporting young people with additional needs or barriers
  • Strong employer engagement and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to design and coordinate flexible, meaningful work experience
  • A collaborative, solution‑focused approach

Qualifications and/or experience:

  • Experience working with young people facing barriers to education, employer, or training.
  • Understanding of Alternative Provision and the challenges faced by AP learners.
  • Ability to design and coordinate inclusive, flexible work experience opportunities to meet the needs of AP learners.
  • Strong employer engagement skills with the ability to communicate confidently and build trust.
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills, to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels and create effective working relationships.
