Exterior Cleaning Operative – Part-Time / Zero-Hours

North London / London

We are a growing exterior cleaning business looking for an experienced Exterior Cleaning Operative to join our team on a part-time / zero-hours contract.

We carry out a wide range of exterior cleaning work across London, with a preference for someone based in North London or the surrounding areas.

The Work

Our work includes:

  • Window cleaning
  • Cladding cleaning
  • Pressure washing
  • Steam cleaning
  • Roof cleaning
  • Patio and driveway cleaning
  • General exterior cleaning
  • Residential and commercial properties

The role will involve working at different locations across London, so being able to travel to various jobs is important.

About You

We're looking for someone with previous experience in exterior cleaning who takes pride in their work and can maintain a high standard.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Experienced in exterior cleaning
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Hard-working and willing to get stuck in
  • Comfortable working at different heights where required
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional and polite with customers
  • Flexible with availability
  • Willing to travel to different jobs across London

CSCS certification is preferred but not essential. A valid CSCS card would be an advantage, particularly for commercial and construction-site work.

Contract & Hours

  • Part-time / Zero-hours contract
  • Flexible hours depending on workload
  • Work available across London
  • North London preferred
  • Potential for regular work for the right person

  • Window cleaning: 3 years (required)
  • Pressure washing: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
