Job title: Conservation Education Presenter
Location: Blair Drummond Safari & Adventure Park, FK9 4UR
Salary: £14.24 per hour

The Company
Blair Drummond Safari and Adventure Park was opened to the public in 1970 and was, at the time, one of Britain’s first safari parks. With over 400,000 visitors a year, we are now one of the most popular visitor attractions in Scotland and offer a world-class visitor experience that is exciting, educational and fun.
We are looking for an outgoing and dynamic team player to join our Education team, working variable hours including weekends. We operate 7 days a week, so flexibility is required. If you are fun, friendly and confident you could be just who we are looking for.
The day-to-day duties
Your average day as a Conservation Education Presenter - you will find yourself helping & interacting with customers throughout the safari park, whether that be through delivering popular animal experiences or presenting exciting and informative animal information sessions to large audiences. You will also assist during park events, engaging and educating park visitors in a fun and accessible way. Experience in a customer facing role is essential.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required:
· Passionate and enthusiastic about animals and conservation.
· Comfortable speaking to large groups of people.
· Ability to engage others through knowledge, flair and positive energy.
· Experience organising and delivering presentations.
· Customer service skills.
· Good animal knowledge and understanding of the concepts of learning are desirable.
· Previous relevant experience is desirable but full training will be provided.
