Role Overview
Task Execution and Efficiency: Perform assigned body preparation and spraying tasks competently, efficiently, and within the required time frames.
Quality and Care: Monitor output quality, inform management of additional work needed, and handle vehicles with utmost care.
Skill Development and Training: Collaborate with senior team members, participate in training (on-site and off-site), and stay updated with product knowledge and bulletins.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to health and safety policies, maintain a hazard-free environment, and use appropriate RPE and PPE for tasks.
Workspace Maintenance: Keep the paint mixing room and work areas clean and orderly at all times.
