Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training Industry Sales Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our training services and courses, establishing strong customer relationships, while identifying new business opportunities. This role could at times be front facing with potential customers and offers an excellent opportunity to work within a exciting environment in an industry that no 2 days would ever be the same. Any prior experience or understanding of HGV or Plant and Machinery training, or the logistics and construction industry would clearly be an advantage for the successful candidate. The Opportunity to work from home several days per week could be provided. Must have a pleasant and outgoing telephone manner.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers whilst actively seeking new prospects.
  • Present our services to potential clients, highlighting our value added services
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, in line with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with our trainers to understand course specifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in the organisation of promotional events or trade shows to showcase our company and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles with excellent communication skills.
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Valid driving licence is advantageous.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role offers a challenging yet rewarding environment for motivated individuals eager to develop their career in sales within the training sector.

Pay: £25,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
