Qualified Accountant

We are seeking a Client Manager who will act as a trusted advisor to a varied portfolio of clients while also leading and developing a high-performing practice team. This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact by shaping how clients understand their numbers, improving internal processes, and supporting both clients and colleagues to succeed. You will play a central role in managing client relationships, overseeing compliance and advisory work, and developing the technical and professional capability within your team.
As a Qualified Accountant you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a strategic advisor to clients, offering clear insights and meaningful financial reporting
- Ensuring all client work is delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest professional standard
- Setting clear expectations and documentation for project scope, timelines and costs, proactively addressing any changes
- Managing team capacity to ensure balanced workloads and efficient service delivery
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Fully qualified ACCA or ACA
- Previous experience within an accountancy firm
- Excellent problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Approachable, professional, and enthusiastic
