Are you experienced in Finance and have a passion for change management?

NHS SBS are looking for a Finance Excellence Consulting Manager to join our Financial Consulting Team.

If you are ready to be a part of a team where you can really make a difference, this could be the perfect role for you! As a Consulting Manager, you will lead and deliver on exciting projects and be involved with shaping the future of how NHS Finance is delivered.

This role will be hybrid, with some travel to client sites and NHS SBS offices across the UK.

What you will be doing:

  • Shape solutions for clients
  • Lead and deliver on projects, assignments and proposals
  • Identify and manage risks in business activities
  • Complete assignment reviews with clients
  • Promote NHS SBS and Sopra Steria portfolio of consulting, application management, business process and outsourcing services with clients and develop relationships that are transferable into sales opportunities.
  • Manage a small team

What you’ll bring:

  • Consulting experience
  • NHS finance experience
  • Worked on change management and process change
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team management experience

It would be great if you had:

  • AAT, CIMA, ACA or relevant degree
