Senior PTP Associate / Accounts Payable

Manchester | Hybrid | Permanent

With continued growth across our portfolio, we’re looking for a Senior PTP Associate to play a key role within our high-performing Purchase-to-Pay team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional ready to step into a senior role, influence processes, and grow their career in a business investing heavily in people, technology, and progression.


What You’ll Do

  • Support and deputise for the PTP Process Lead in managing team delivery
  • Process supplier invoices, credit notes and payments accurately and on time
  • Manage and resolve supplier queries with professionalism and pace
  • Complete supplier statement reconciliations
  • Process employee expense claims and corporate credit cards
  • Maintain and update supplier master data
  • Support supplier onboarding and ensure compliance with preferred supplier processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across PTP processes and controls

What You’ll Bring

  • Solid experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase-to-Pay
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, organised approach
  • Confident handling supplier queries and reconciliations
  • Experience processing expenses and credit cards
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
