The Role – Accounts Coordinator

As an Accounts Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of accurate, timely and compliant client accounting activity across loc8me portfolios.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our client accounts function running smoothly, supporting payment processes, maintaining accurate records, and helping internal teams, landlords and contractors get the financial information and support they need.

This is a detail-focused role where accuracy, organisation and strong communication really matter. You’ll be working with branch teams, landlords, tenants, contractors and internal finance colleagues to make sure processes are followed and standards stay high.

You’ll be part of a driven team who support each other, push each other, and take ownership of results.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Maintaining accurate records and documentation across internal systems
● Supporting day-to-day client accounts administration in line with loc8me processes
● Supporting monthly payment runs to landlords and contractors
● Completing bank account tasks and reconciliations
● Supporting deposit registration and contract / let sheet auditing
● Producing reports for landlords and management where required
● Working closely with Credit Control and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

What We’re Looking For
We want someone who:

● Has experience in administration within an accounts or finance environment
● Is organised, proactive and able to manage deadlines
● Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy
● Is confident using Microsoft packages, including Excel, and shared systems
● Communicates clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
● Can work independently as well as part of a team
● Brings a positive, hands-on and “get stuck in” attitude

Experience in a finance or client accounts environment is desirable but mindset, drive and attitude matter just as much.

Why loc8me?

● You’ll be part of an ambitious, scaling business

● We invest in personal development and progression

● We encourage innovation and fresh thinking

● You’ll work alongside high-performing, driven people

● Your contribution genuinely makes a difference

This isn’t just an accounting role.

It’s an opportunity to build a career in a business that’s going places.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
