A school in Northampton are recruiting a skilled Payroll, Pensions & Benefits Manager to take ownership of delivering an accurate, timely, and compliant payroll service. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure every member of our team feels valued and supported.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and process monthly payroll for all staff
  • Administer benefits and pension schemes (LGPS and Teachers’ Pension)
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC and statutory regulations
  • Handle payroll reconciliations, reporting, and third-party submissions
  • Provide expert payroll advice to staff and schools
  • Drive process improvements and maintain data integrity
  • You’ll work closely with our People & Culture and Finance teams to deliver a seamless payroll experience across the organisation.
