Your Role Will Include:

  • Organising and delivering engaging activities tailored to residents; interests, hobbies and abilities.
  • Encouraging participation in music, dance, arts, crafts, games and social events
  • Planning activities, outings, themed days and community involvements
  • Building strong relationships with residents, staff, and families to create a positive, inclusive environment
  • Ensuring activities promote both physical and emotional well-being

Essential Skills

What We Are Looking For:

  • Outgoing, enthusiastic personality – someone who loves to bring energy and fun to a room.
  • Creative and adaptable – Whether it’s singing, dancing, storytelling, or organising special events
  • Strong communication and motivational skills
  • Team player but also confident working independently
  • Organised and proactive – able to plan, deliver and adapt activities effectively
  • Confident IT skills — able to design newsletters, posters, and timetables, and use technology to showcase activities.
  • Previous experience in care, well-being, events, or entertainment is a plus, but not essential – we value passion and creativity above all!
