Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator / Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the sales department, shipping and booking all export goods, administrative tasks and contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career in sales administration within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Processing all shipments across the World and ensure they arrive on time
  • Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate records in the sales database.
  • Support the sales team by preparing quotes & proformas
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products to effectively assist customers.
  • Take telephone orders and assist customer queries
  • Process returns and ensure they are completed in a timely manor
  • Any other administration tasks required

Skills

  • Must be confident on the phone.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
