Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role involves supporting daily administrative operations, maintaining effective communication channels, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organisational abilities, and prior office experience. Duties

  • Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
  • Provide general clerical support to ensure efficient office operations

Requirements

  • Proven office experience or administrative background demonstrating organisational skills
