Part-Time Receptionist Required

Private Dental Practice – Caton Village

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable part-time receptionist to join our small, family-run private dental practice in Caton village.

Caton Dental Practice is a modern, rural practice offering high-quality private dentistry in a relaxed, welcoming environment. We’re a close-knit team who value kindness, professionalism, and good patient care.

The role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and a key part of the practice team. Your role will include:

  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Welcoming patients and checking them in
  • Booking and managing appointments
  • Taking payments
  • General admin and paperwork
  • Reassuring patients and helping them feel at ease
  • Some light compliance and administrative tasks
  • Supporting the team as needed

Skills & qualities

  • Friendly and professional phone manner
  • Organised and dependable
  • Confident with computers and paperwork
  • Good people skills and empathy
  • Able to work well as part of a small team

Previous reception or customer-facing experience is helpful, but full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Hours

  • Wednesdays & Fridays
