About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will help build our interior design business, manage our showroom, devise the marketing strategy, and produce the digital media needed to launch each range into the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Interior Design

  • Work with existing interior designers and grow the business by showing potential new designers our fantastic product ranges and quoting for their projects. Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer gaps within the interior design market. Develop commercial concepts, sketching by hand or via digital media. Source materials and liaise with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are commercially viable and cost-effective.
  • Marketing: Research the interior design market, create campaigns and recruit new interior designers. Establish pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies for our furniture lines. Analyse competitor offerings and consumer insights to continually refine our product portfolio. Work with client sales teams to create compelling product catalogs and presentation spec sheets.
  • Media
  • Produce engaging visual content—including campaign visuals, social media assets, and website banners. Create realistic lifestyle imagery and room sets using 3D rendering and AI-powered visual tools.Execute visual assets that are tailored for both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and trade audiences.Ensure absolute consistency across all print and digital brand collateral.

Qualifications & Skills:

Interior Design: Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in interior design, marketing, and digital media production.

Design: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.

Visual Media: Advanced capabilities in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

AI & Innovation: Experience utilising AI tools for quick rendering and lifestyle scene creation is highly desirable.

Portfolio: Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating the full product lifecycle (initial sketches through to marketing campaign assets).

Pay: £30,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
