Content Creation & Creative Production

The Director of Media will serve as the organisation's lead content creator, responsible for producing compelling, high-quality content that engages audiences, strengthens the brand, and drives measurable business results across all digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish original content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, digital advertising, and marketing initiatives.
  • Write persuasive copy for advertisements, landing pages, email campaigns, press releases, case studies, white papers, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Produce engaging social media content, including graphics, short-form videos, reels, stories, and platform-specific posts.
  • Capture and edit professional-quality photography and video for marketing campaigns, events, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Develop video content from concept to completion, including scripting, filming, directing, editing, motion graphics, captions, and final publishing.
  • Design marketing collateral, presentations, digital advertisements, infographics, and branded assets that align with the organization's visual identity.
  • Create podcast, webinar, and livestream content, including planning, recording, editing, and distribution.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate content ideation, production, editing, personalization, and optimization while maintaining a high standard of quality and authenticity.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all communications and media.
  • Build and manage an editorial calendar aligned with business priorities and campaign objectives.
  • Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximize reach and engagement across platforms.
  • Stay ahead of content trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to ensure marketing remains innovative and competitive.
