We are looking for an experienced Aerospace & Defence UK Public Sector Sales Professional to join our expanding Sales team during an exciting period of growth. You will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled and knowledgeable Sales, Solutioning and Advisory professionals across the EMEA region and help our major clients in their digital transformation journey.

Successful Candidates are required to hold or be willing to be vetted for SC/DV clearance

Essential Job Functions:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing various sales cycle demands effectively.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Analyse market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring departmental alignment and synergy.
  • Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process.
  • Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Extensive years of relevant experience in selling large application packages
  • Proven track record in sales and sales enablement within Public Sector Aerospace & Defence
  • Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

A strong understanding of Government procurement processes is essential for this role.

Other Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plus
