We have an exciting opportunity for a experienced Estate Management to work on our shooting partridge estate in the mountains of Valencia near Alcoi in Spain.

Located in the mountains, you must be happy to work and live in a beautiful, remote area offering amazing hiking and mountain biking routes

We are looking for candidates that have proven experience working in the industry in a senior leadership capacity.

The responsibilities of the role include:

- Manage the day-to-day operation of the shooting estate.

- Oversee sustainable partridge and habitat management.

- Plan and deliver high-quality shoot days, ensuring safety and exceptional client experiences.

- Lead, train, and manage estate staff, gamekeepers, and seasonal teams.

- Maintain estate infrastructure, vehicles, equipment, and accommodation.

- Manage budgets, procurement, and financial performance.

- Ensure compliance with hunting, environmental, and health & safety regulations.

- Coordinate agricultural and conservation activities to support game management.

- Develop relationships with clients, sporting agents, suppliers, and local authorities.

- Protect estate assets through effective security and anti-poaching measures.

Requirements of ideal candidates:

- Hands-on, proactive, and highly driven.

- Flexible, reliable and responsible

- Highly organised with strong planning and organisational skills.

- Discretion & confidentiality essential

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Construction knowledge would be an advantage

Good references required

High quality accommodation and transport will be provided on the estate, it is essential that one or both must be able to drive.

You must be fluent in Spanish and English and legally allowed to live and work in Spain.
