Hiring Event – Part-Time Customer Service Check-In Agents

Looking for a rewarding role in a fast-paced airport environment? Join Swissport and become part of our Customer Service Team at Belfast International Airport.

Pay: £13.57 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (shift pattern)
Flexibility: Full flexibility is required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Check-In Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for passengers, delivering a warm, professional, and efficient service throughout their airport journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Checking in passengers and their baggage
  • Verifying travel documentation
  • Assisting with boarding procedures
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable travel experience while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, safety, and security

What We're Looking For

We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and early starts
  • The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology

Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
