Permanent Contract from 18.5- 36.75 Hours per week

Full-time equivalent £29,257.41 per annum (Inclusive of £0.81 per hour, store specific location allowance) + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’re the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily.   • Be the heartbeat of the store day-to-day and ensure operations are running smoothly.

  • Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
  • Make sure our stores are safe at all times.
