• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging them to express themselves and build confidence.
• Maintain a clean and organized play area, ensuring all equipment is safe and in good condition.
• Collaborate with teachers to align play activities with classroom learning objectives.
• Observe children's behavior and development, providing feedback to parents and educators as needed.
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among children.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with special education techniques and experience working with students who have disabilities is a plus.
• First aid certification is required to ensure the safety of all children under your care.
• Strong behavior management strategies are necessary for maintaining a positive environment.
• Background in early childhood education or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting will be considered an asset.
