This hybrid role combines hands-on circuit provisioning coordination with broader project planning and supplier management responsibilities.

You will act as the key interface between fibre carriers, connectivity suppliers, and internal project teams, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and accurate documentation of connectivity assets.

Responsibilities - What YOU will be doing:

Circuit Delivery & Provisioning

  • Coordinate full lifecycle of circuit installations from order to handover.
  • Liaise with carriers (e.g. BT Wholesale, Virgin Media Business) to manage delivery timelines, resolve blockers, and escalate issues.
  • Track dependencies, milestones, and risks (e.g. wayleaves, civils delays).
  • Ensure circuits are tested, documented, and handed over cleanly to support/project teams.

Project Coordination & Supplier Engagement

  • Align connectivity delivery plans with overall solution timelines.
  • Interface with Solution Project Managers to integrate connectivity into master plans.
  • Manage connectivity changes (adds, moves, renewals, ceases) and ensure contract updates.
  • Provide structured support to customer issues related to connectivity delivery.

Asset & Contract Management

  • Build and maintain a digital contract database for connectivity services.
  • Track number, type, location, and contract details of all managed circuits.

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to process improvements in delivery workflows and supplier engagement.
  • Support documentation standards and internal coordination practices.

The Candidate – What YOU can bring to Conscia:

Desired skills, competencies and behaviours:

  • 3+ years in telecoms provisioning, service delivery, or connectivity coordination.
  • Experience with fibre carriers, ISPs, or telecom wholesalers.
  • Familiarity with fibre products: Ethernet Access (EAD/NEA), DIA, FTTP, Leased Lines.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal).
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Comfortable with technical terminology (e.g. NTE, ONT, bearer sizes).
  • Proficient in tools like Salesforce, Autotask, ServiceNow, Excel.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • On-time delivery of connectivity components.
  • Successful completion of change requests (adds/moves/ceases).
  • Supplier escalation resolution time.
  • Accuracy of connectivity contract database.
  • Internal stakeholder satisfaction.
