Baker – Organic & Gluten-Free Artisan Bakery (Night Shift) – London

About Copains
Copains is an artisan bakery specialising in 100% organic and naturally gluten-free products. Founded four years ago, the company has grown across France, Belgium, and the UK, with new openings planned. All our products are made in-house using structured and professional methods.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our London production site on the night shift. You will take part in producing our range of gluten-free breads while ensuring quality, consistency, and efficient workflow.

Main Responsibilities

  • Produce gluten-free breads: sourdough loaves, baguettes, and specialty items
  • Manage all steps of the process: mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking
  • Follow production standards and ensure consistent product quality
  • Coordinate with pastry and viennoiserie teams when needed
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Candidate Profile

  • Professional experience in baking (artisan or sourdough experience appreciated)
  • Good understanding of fermentation and bread-making techniques
  • Reliable, precise, and able to work independently during night hours
  • Strong sense of organisation and quality
  • Team-oriented and motivated to grow within the company
  • Availability for night shifts is required
