Overview

Join our vibrant team as an Experienced Cocktail Bartender at our lively cocktail bar! Duties

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, and beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders efficiently and providing personalized recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and glassware are sanitized and well-stocked
  • Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking and adhere to food safety standards
  • Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle tabs professionally
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours
  • Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate shortages promptly

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting
  • Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation
  • Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and measuring ingredients accurately
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
