About US:

Ayrshire's 'Hospitality Business of the Year', SimpsInns, is a family owned hospitality group with luxury hotels, restaurants, spa, golf and leisure destinations in Ayrshire.

Our stunning beachfront venue, The Waterside Hotel, West Kilbride is expanding, with the addition of a luxury Spa facility, 17 deluxe new bedrooms, plus an overall venue refurbishment. Due to our continual growth, we are expanding our team and are on the lookout for hospitality professionals who strive to deliver outstanding service, take pride in their work and are excited in the prospect of being part of something bigger and better!

The Role:

· Deliver great customer service

· Work in a clean and neat environment while ensuring the guest are the number one focus

· Advise guests of products, great upselling skills

· Be committed, enthusiastic & eager to learn at all times – busy periods.

· Be organised and ready to go at all times.

· Have good attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
