Responsibilities

• Serve drinks to customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Prepare and mix beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential.
• Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions effectively.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
