What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serving drinks and recommending favourites to customers
  • Delivering great customer service with a smile
  • Handling cash and card payments
  • Keeping the bar and tables clean and well-presented
  • Helping with events, functions, and busy nights
  • Learning cellar work (changing barrels, cask ales, stock rotation)
  • Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone

What We’re Looking For

  • Aged 18+ (alcohol service)
  • Friendly, positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Reliable with evening & weekend availability
  • Experience behind a bar is great, but not essential — we’ll train you
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a close-knit team
