Job Summary

Part time Barista

Working at Moss

Our priority is to provide exceptional coffee experiences, complemented by warm hospitality and a great experience for our guests. A small independent speciality coffee shop delivering great coffee and great fast service in our takeaway only store

What we are looking for:

Absolute minimum 1 year experience as a Barista, working with specialty coffee is preferred - confidence in dialling in the coffee equipment. Excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. A passion for coffee and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

What you will do:

  • Ensure coffee quality and consistency is maintained throughout the day
  • Maintain a clean and organised store
  • Genuinely interested in food and coffee culture
  • Ensure we are fully stocked at the start and end of each day
  • Good at following systems and processes
  • Friendly, and engaging with customers and colleagues

Looking for 3 days a week with one weekend day

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
