Full job description

We are looking to recruit new team members for NG-ONE Nightclub in Nottingham city, to work primarily across our daytime and evenings events. We are rapidly expanding this area of our business with many more daytime events planned across 2026 and beyond. At the moment these take place on a Saturday afternoon or evening from around 1pm onwards, and finish by around 9pm but this is only a guide as other days and times are on the horizon and could be added to the events diary. We are offering the position on a 0 hours basis as this provides both of us some flexibility.

We are also looking for some of our new staff to work across New Years Eve and New Years Day events too.

As a member of the team you'll work flexibly across NG-ONE in a number of different positions which could include bartending, box office and cloakroom, floor support, bar support and promotions. No two events are the same and you'll be keen to develop your abilities in each area and thrive on the changing nature of the role.

Previous experience of bartending is preferable, but training can be provided for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to work calmly under pressure. This can be an exceptionally fast paced environment and the role is best suited to those who either have prior experience of working a busy, high volume sales bar, or those who are able to learn quickly, work well under pressure, have good stamina and an appropriate level of fitness to handle the high demand.

All roles are 0 hours, with staff nominating their availability and shifts are then allocated in order of response and demand. We cannot make any guarantees of demand for staffing and therefore cannot guarantee hours.

Due to the nature of the role we can only accept applications from those aged 18+

Pay: £10.50-£12.21 per hour
