Bathroom Fitter / Multi-Trader (Lead Installer)

Location: North London & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive (Based on Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Bathroom Fitter / Multi-Trader to join our growing team. This is a lead role, requiring someone who can take full ownership of bathroom renovation projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be confident leading a small team, coordinating works on site, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and delivering projects on time while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete full bathroom renovations from strip-out to final handover.
  • Lead and supervise labourers, apprentices, and subcontractors where required.
  • Plan daily work activities and ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Carry out all aspects of bathroom installation, including:
  • First fix plumbing
  • Second fix plumbing
  • Bathroom suite installation
  • Shower installations
  • Pipework alterations
  • Wall and floor tiling
  • Waterproofing/tanking systems
  • Plaster patch repairs and making good
  • Painting and decorating
  • Carpentry, including boxing-in, bath panels, studwork, and general finishing
  • Silicone sealing and final finishing
  • Identify and resolve issues on site independently.
  • Liaise professionally with clients throughout the project.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with current Building Regulations and health & safety requirements.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience fitting bathrooms.
  • Ability to complete projects independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven experience leading bathroom installations from start to finish.
  • Strong plumbing knowledge (first and second fix).
  • High-quality wall and floor tiling skills.
  • Competent in carpentry, painting, and all finishing works.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Own vehicle suitable for transporting tools and materials.
  • Own professional tools (company tools can be provided if required).
  • Reliable, punctual, and well organised.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
