Job description-

We are seeking for a multi skilled operative with a minimum 5 years or more experience in bathroom fitting, The successful candidate will be able to complete the Full installation of a bathroom, they should be able to work within a team and on their own, work safely in line with the company health and safety policy, and provide excellent customer service and standards of work.

As a Bathroom fitter, your role involves installing and fitting bathrooms and wetroom in homes and workplaces. Here are some key tasks you’ll handle:

  • Measuring and Assembling: You’ll measure work areas, assemble Bathroom appliances according to detailed plans. This includes working around hidden pipes and other obstacles that may need altering.
  • Removal and Disposal: You’ll remove old bathroom units and appliances, ensuring proper disposal, via provided skips.
  • Essential Plumbing and Electrics: You’ll handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks related to bathroom installations. Electrical works a basic understanding would be ideal. Our electrician mainly completes this type of work.
  • Carpentry: This includes cutting out floor boards and preparing ply lined floors, replacing skirting boards and Architraves, building vanity units.
  • Finishing Touches: You’ll complete the installation, using a range of hand and power tools.
  • Teamwork and Safety: You may work within a team or independently, always adhering to health and safety policies.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of work are essential.

Whether you’re following technical plans or troubleshooting unexpected challenges, your attention to detail and practical skills will be crucial in achieving successful installations.

Job Type-

Full time / permanent

Pay- £14.50- £16.00per hour

Expected hour : 40 per week.

Must have qualifications -

  • Minimum level 2 NVQ in plumbing/heating.
  • Valid cscs card.
  • Full uk driving license.
