Role Purpose:
Location: The Dell Pub, Southampton FC
Hours: 12-16 hours per week (casual contract)
Salary: £12.60 an hour

About Us

The Dell Pub is located at the heart of Southampton FC, serving fans, visitors, and the local community in a vibrant matchday atmosphere. We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to join our front of house team and help deliver exceptional service.

The Role

We're seeking a friendly, customer focused individual to join our team on a casual basis. You'll be working approximately 12-16 hours per week, including matchdays, weekends, and occasional evenings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, energetic environment and loves being part of the matchday experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm, welcoming service to all customers
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately
  • Take orders and process payments using our till system
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout your shift
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
  • Help set up and close down the venue as required
  • Contribute to a positive atmosphere for Saints fans and visitors

What We're Looking For
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure, especially during busy matchdays
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
