Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organisation’s growth in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Executive will utilise their expertise in B2B sales, analysis, and customer engagement to achieve targets and expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the sales and project coordinators teams to understand customer needs and technical requirements for IT products and services.
- Discussing products with customers and explaining technical concepts simply.
- Conducting presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company’s products or solutions to potential clients.
- Working closely with customers to understand their specific business needs and technical requirements.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers by providing ongoing support, evaluating their needs, and offering company’s products and services.
- Take part in the sales meetings, responding to requests for proposals (RFP’s), requests for quotations (RFQ’s), and addressing concerns raised by the clients.
- Assisting with the handover of activities between pre-sales and post-sales teams, ensuring a smooth transition to the projects team.
- Staying updated with the latest technology trends, certifications, and industry best practices to enhance technical knowledge and improve sales effectiveness.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite 365 to perform day to day activities
- Good verbal, listening and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

Essentials
- Client-facing technical sales and management background
- Good understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security Services, Wireless Survey (Ekahau) and reporting, MDM and MAM solutions
- Knowledge of tenders and bid writing
- Experience of costing, feasibility, and management of support contracts
- Will require frequent travel within assigned territory or area
- Commission will be offered upon increasing sales for the company
