We are seeking a passionate and skilled Brunch Chef to join our vibrant team at H’artisan in the heart of Wargrave. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, have a flair for creative brunch dishes, and want to be part of an energetic and friendly environment, this opportunity is for you!

About the Role

· Prepare and cook a variety of brunch dishes to a high standard, focusing on quality, presentation, and taste.

· Work closely with our Kitchen Supervisor and kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.

· Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

· Assist with inventory, ordering, and stock rotation.

· Ensure all dietary requirements and customer requests are accommodated whenever possible.

Requirements

· Previous experience as a chef, ideally in a brunch or breakfast setting.

· Strong knowledge of modern brunch trends, including vegan and gluten-free options.

· Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Food safety and hygiene certifications are desirable.

· Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
