Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bricklayer / Multi-Skilled Construction Worker who can deliver work to an exceptional standard. The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform bricklaying, blockwork, and general building tasks to a high standard
  • Maintain exceptionally tidy and well-organised job sites
  • Respect customers’ homes and ensure minimal disruption
  • Look after company tools, equipment, and vans responsibly
  • Interact professionally and politely with customers
  • Complete jobs independently when required, with confidence and strong decision-making
  • Assist with a range of general construction duties depending on skillset
  • Follow health & safety standards at all times

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Proven experience in bricklaying and general building
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
  • Ability to keep sites clean, safe, and well-managed
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills
  • Trustworthy, self-motivated, and able to work without supervision
  • Positive attitude and willingness to step up to challenges
  • Full UK driving licence preferred

Pay & Benefits

  • Self-employed basis with full-time workload available
  • £120–£150 per day, depending on experience and skill level
