Building Inspector
Location – East London
Salary – Up to £65,000 (DOE)
Company Car / Car Allowance, flexible schedule, hybrid working & generous benefits package
Our Role
We are looking for a registered Building Inspector to assist in covering the East London (Redbridge, Newham, Romford, Epping Forest, Barking & Dagenham area). We are keen to speak to customer focused Building Inspectors with plan checking and site inspection experience in residential and commercial projects.
You will need
- BSR registration of class 2A as a minimum, for plan checking and site inspection
- Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
- Previous in-house or external building control experience
- Demonstrable building control case management (portfolio of work)
- Ability to manage a caseload of regional building control works at different stages of build
- Current valid driving licence
You will receive
- Up to £65,000 (depending on experience)
