You’ll bring creative flair and data-informed thinking to every project, ensuring campaigns not only generate high-quality coverage and backlinks but also make a real impact on clients’ business goals.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Digital PR and collaborate with SEO, content, and back office teams to deliver campaigns that perform while mentoring and supporting more junior members of the team to help them grow.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on campaign experience who’s ready to step up into a senior position with greater responsibility, autonomy, and creative influence.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Delivery

  • Lead the development and delivery of creative, link-worthy Digital PR campaigns across multiple clients and sectors.
  • Come up with compelling creative campaign ideas that are strong enough to meet pre-agreed KPIs and that resonate with the target publications.
  • Create media lists, develop press materials, and handle outreach to journalists and online publishers.
  • Identify and act on reactive and newsjacking opportunities that deliver timely, high-impact results.
  • Analyse campaign performance, report results clearly, and use data insights to optimise future work.

Client Management

  • Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, attending monthly catch-ups with the client account manager.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s brand, tone, and goals to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
  • Present campaign ideas, performance results, and insights.

Team Collaboration & Mentoring

  • Support and mentor junior members of the Digital PR team, offering guidance and feedback on campaign work.
  • Collaborate closely with SEO, PPC, and Content teams to ensure campaigns support wider digital strategies.
  • Share best practices, contribute to internal learning, and help evolve the agency’s approach to Digital PR.

Innovation & Best Practice

  • Stay up to date with trends in digital PR, content marketing, and AI.
  • Proactively test and recommend new tools, techniques, and platforms including AI-driven tools to enhance campaign delivery.
  • Continuously improve ideation, outreach, and reporting processes to drive consistency and excellence across all work.
  • Select and implement the most effective tactics to achieve pre-defined KPIs
  • Ability to adapt and pivot campaigns if initial performance falls short of expectations
  • Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale, data-driven campaigns
  • Skilled in designing high-performing, optimised email templates
  • Strong understanding of list segmentation based on publisher audience cohorts

About You

  • 4+ years’ senior experience in Digital PR - preferably in an agency environment, working on enterprise-level work
  • Proven success delivering creative, high-performing campaigns that earned top-tier coverage and backlinks.
  • Excellent understanding of online media, journalism, and digital storytelling.
  • Strong copywriting and press release writing skills.
  • Confident communicator with experience building and maintaining journalist and influencer relationships.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and how Digital PR contributes to organic growth.
  • Confident enough to challenge and critique existing processes to drive improved outcomes
  • Passionate about digital innovation, creative storytelling, and campaign performance.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting others in a team environment.

What We Offer

  • £40,000 – £45,000 salary (dependent on experience)
  • A 4-day, 32 hour working week (full-time pay)
  • Discretionary annual bonus
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Dedicated training budget and continuous professional development
  • Modern hardware/software to support your role
  • Opportunity to work with leading brands across travel, B2B, insurance, and D2C fashion
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture with genuine work-life balance
