Full job description

Job Opportunity: Group Creative & Content Marketing Manager (Permanent)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Tower View, Kings Hill, Kent

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office

Salary: Dependent on experience

Help us shape a brand that helps businesses grow with confidence.

At Amtivo, we help organisations around the world grow with confidence. Through ISO and related certification services, we support businesses to strengthen performance, build credibility, and achieve their goals - today and for the future.

As a global leader in certification, we make ISO simple, accessible, and genuinely meaningful. Operating in over 40 countries, we work with a diverse range of clients - from ambitious SMEs to global multinationals and government bodies - helping them turn standards into real business advantage.

Now, as our brand continues to evolve, we’re looking for a Group Creative & ContentMarketing Manager to join us on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal role for a strategic, creative leader who can bring our story to life, shape how we show up globally, and ensure our content inspires confidence at every touchpoint.

The Role

This is a pivotal, hands-on role within our Group Marketing team, responsible for both leading and delivering creative and content activity across our global portfolio of brands.

You’ll set the creative direction and personally create high-impact content, while guiding a talented team to deliver work that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and commercial growth. This is not a hands-off leadership role - you’ll be deeply involved in the doing, shaping ideas and seeing them through to execution. From campaign concepts and long-form content to social storytelling, video, webinars, podcasts, SEO-driven assets, and AI-enhanced scripting, you’ll play an active role in bringing our brand to life across every touchpoint, setting the standard for quality, tone, and impact.

A major focus of the role will be supporting the rebrand of British Assessment Bureau to Amtivo. You’ll personally create and deliver content that clearly and confidently communicates our plans for the Autumn 2026 rebrand, reassuring existing clients while bringing them with us on the journey.

Through clear, purposeful content, you’ll help maintain trust during the transition and continue to position British Assessment Bureau (soon to be Amtivo) as a leading, credible, and customer-focused certification body.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning, development, and delivery of creative content across web, PR, sales collateral, campaigns, and other key brand and commercial channels.
  • Create and deliver thought leadership content, including webinars and multimedia campaigns, to engage global audiences.
  • Partner with our SEO Manager to embed best practices that maximise content visibility and performance.
  • Explore and implement AI scripting tools to improve content quality, speed, and consistency.
  • Own and maintain the Group content planner, ensuring visibility, prioritisation, and alignment across teams.
  • Set the creative standard by personally producing and reviewing written, visual, and multimedia content.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small creative team, balancing hands-on delivery with collaborative leadership.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content supports commercial objectives.
  • Manage Governance Team content approvals, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Champion creativity, clarity, and quality, ensuring all content reflects our purpose and brand identity.

About You

You create clear, high-quality content that serves a purpose - whether that’s building trust, supporting sales, generating demand, or helping customers make confident decisions. You know how to turn strategy into practical, effective content, and you’re comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with leading and developing others.

You’re as confident creating the work yourself as you are briefing, mentoring, and raising standards across a team.

You’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience creating digital-first content, including copy, design, and multimedia.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing or brand environment.
  • Proven experience managing and developing creative people, while remaining hands-on.
  • Strong design and copy skills, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
  • Experience creating commercially effective content, including webinars, podcasts, SEO-driven assets, and AI-supported content.
  • A practical, collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in creating content that helps businesses succeed.
  • (Bonus points if you have experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification industry or have produced video content.)

Why Join Us

  • The chance to shape and deliver a major brand transformation project.
  • A diverse, international portfolio of work across multiple brands and markets.
  • Opportunities for creative growth and professional development.
  • A friendly, innovative team culture and hybrid working model (3 days in-office).

Please note: Amtivo does not accept unsolicited CVs from external agencies. All recruitment is managed by our internal Talent Team.
