You’ll combine a strategic growth mindset with strong attention to detail and a hands on approach. We’d love to hear about your role in driving commercial growth and delivering projects from concept to implementation. Finally, you’ll thrive in ambiguity, managing multiple priorities and leading teams through significant change.

  • Identifying and driving organisational priorities and initiatives, leading cross functional teams to successfully implement strategic initiatives

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the UK general manager and leadership team

  • Developing the company strategy to unlock growth and manage risk, considering both internal and external insights

  • Co-owning the relationship with our licensee’s funders and supporting the strategic direction of our licensees (c25 licensees)

  • Bringing commercial expertise to corporate deals, often leading negotiations

  • Coaching and developing your team to achieve objectives, challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvements

  • Ensuring our finance systems and processes are robust, scalable and deliver timely, accurate insights

Given the nature of the role, travel across the UK and internationally, will be required with flexible working hours to meet the needs of the business.

In return, we’ll offer you a competitive salary and benefits that include:

  • 25 days holiday a year (plus Bank Holidays)

  • Bonus scheme of up to 20%

  • A car allowance

  • Leadership share scheme

  • Life assurance for yourself and private medical insurance for your family

  • Flexible benefits – in addition to the benefits listed here we’ll also provide you with an additional 4% to allow you to select the benefits that suit you

  • Comprehensive training (including coffee knowledge!) and access to Starbucks Global Academy (our online learning platform to help continuously develop yourself)

  • Free bag of coffee each week and a 30% partner discounts on food, beverages, and merchandise

  • Discounts with local and national retailers (cell phones, gym memberships, entertainment tickets, hotels, etc.) through Perks at Work platform

  • Subscription to Headspace

  • Home Sweet Loan (Interest-free loans that can be paid back over 12 months to help pay your rental deposit)

  • A free 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme available to you and your family
