The Opportunity
We are seeking a Partner Manager, AI Business, based in London, to support the fast growing Shutterstock AI Business. The team’s scope of responsibilities includes creating and pitching customer strategies, executing new Data Licensing partnerships and identifying and incubating new revenue opportunities.
As a Partner Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our strategic partnerships across Shutterstock Data Licensing solutions. This role requires excellent partner management skills, product knowledge and the ability to drive impactful business results through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
The Day to Day
  • Engage with partners regularly to understand their needs and design solutions that achieve their goals,
  • Lead the execution of existing partnerships, providing white glove services to Shutterstock’s most strategic data partnerships,
  • Partner with the New Business Team on due diligence including but not limited to proposals for new strategic opportunities, account planning, customer meetings and events,
  • Identify upsell opportunities within your list of accounts and work with New Business Directors to establish a strategy and approach,
  • Represent the voice of our partners internally, capturing demand signals that influence our roadmap.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
  • 6-8 years of experience leading customer relationships and supporting complex transactions in Product, Marketing, and/ or Technology partnerships,
  • Direct experience managing product integrations, strategic partnerships, or workflow solutions a plus,
  • Effective presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex issues in formal and informal settings,
  • Ability to project manage, manage multiple stakeholder teams and communicate effectively with internal departments to facilitate business needs,
  • Strong analytical skills critical with ability to analyze our customer approaches and processes and recommend impactful improvements,
  • ‘Can do’ attitude with a desire to work across multiple projects simultaneously and fill in team and resource gaps where needed,
  • Proven results in consistently exceeding performance targets.
