Location: Office base is Bridgwater, Somerset.

Salary: £30,000–£36,000+ uncapped commission + performance bonuses OTE £50-£60000

Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

Travel: Somerset & Bath region (face-to-face client meetings)

We're now seeking a high-performing Sales & Development Consultant with a proven track record in transport, logistics, or recruitment to lead our next project of business expansion.

What You'll Be Doing


This is a target-driven, client-facing sales role for professionals who thrive on building commercial relationships and driving revenue growth.

You’ll be responsible for:

Strategic business development: Identifying and converting new business opportunities across Somerset and Bath

Client portfolio management: Owning and expanding existing client order books through upselling and cross-selling strategies

Face-to-face engagement: Conducting regular client visits to strengthen relationships and uncover growth potential

Revenue generation: Leveraging consultative sales techniques to deliver tailored workforce solutions

Market penetration: Driving brand visibility and service uptake in key regional sectors

Building long term business relationships across the region

What We're Looking For


A seasoned sales professional who understands the pace and complexity of the transport, logistics, or recruitment sectors.

You should be:

Commercially astute with strong B2B negotiation skills

Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and delivering against KPIs

Confident in face-to-face client meetings and relationship building

Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented

A full UK driving licence holder (essential)


What You’ll Get

£30,000–£36,000 OTE 50-60k
