  • Communicate operational strategy and priorities clearly across teams and senior stakeholders.

Operational Oversight:

  • Manage daily operations supporting a diverse range of asset classes and investment vehicles, including complex and emerging products.

  • Drive automation and process improvements to scale operations and reduce manual risk.

Relationship Management:

  • Partner with custodians, brokers, and counterparties to ensure high service standards and resolve operational issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Investment Management, Compliance, Risk, and Technology.

Financial Stewardship:

  • Manage departmental budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Project Leadership:

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and global projects, delivering results on time and within budget.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks impacting investment operations (e.g., SEC, CFTC, EMIR, MiFID).
  • Experience with investment operations systems and platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Aladdin, SWIFT).
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
