Exciting New Opportunity!

Carlton Smith is a long-established company manufacturing and fitting high quality joinery and cabinetry predominantly for country properties in the Cotswolds. We employ 30 people including a management team, joiners, cabinetmakers, carpenters, sprayers and glaziers.

Remuneration - £45,000 DOE plus annual bonus

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, full time, 40 hours per week. There must be an element of flexibility.

Required: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

Day to day running of a busy high end joinery and cabinetry company

Studying and understanding contracts where required

Attending pre contract meetings

Liaison with contractors and clients

Programming work into production schedule

Undertaking site surveys / measures

Preparing cutting lists

Overseeing the whole manufacturing process

Final site inspections

Essential requirements

Must have a joinery and cabinetry manufacturing background.

Must be able to read CAD drawings
