We're looking for an experienced Bar Manager to take ownership of our bar offering and raise it to the level the venue deserves.

This is a customer-facing bar at the heart of the venue. You'll need genuine craft behind the bar and the leadership to build a team around you.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Manage stock, ordering and correct par levels to keep the bar running efficiently and without waste
  • Set and maintain a culture of warm, polished, attentive customer service
  • Develop and refresh the drinks menu, including a cocktail list that gives guests a reason to return
  • Oversee cellar management, quality control and presentation standards
  • Ensure full compliance with licensing, health and safety, and responsible service
  • Work closely with the management team to deliver a seamless guest experience across the venue

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience running a premium bar offering
  • Strong cocktail knowledge alongside confident wine and spirit expertise
  • A natural trainer who brings the best out of a team
  • Sharp on stock control, ordering and the commercial side of running a bar
  • Someone who takes real pride in a perfectly made drink and a guest already planning their next visit

What we offer

  • A premium, newly renovated venue in a standout seafront setting
  • The chance to own and shape our bar offering
  • Competitive salary, part of the tips, other company benefits.

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
