The Role

Trainee Telesales – 3B Recycling Limited

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to join a thriving market leading Recycling and Waste management company. 3B Recycling are a team of charismatic, energetic personalities who have worked tirelessly to build an established brand within the Recycling and waste management industry. The office environment is fast paced, supportive around the clock and has a healthy work-hard play-hard mentality. Whilst the expectations and demands on a day-to-day basis within the business are extremely high, the financial reward for your input is more than matched.

About the role:

  • Outbound calls, mailshots, qualifying leads.
  • Setting appointments for field sales team.
  • Managing prospect list, scheduling follow up calls/emails.
  • Using CRM to track calls and conversions.

About you:

  • A strong, confident personality with the determination to make a difference.
  • Excellent written, verbal presentation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • The ability to exhibit innovative thinking, aimed at proving processes and achieving results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
