Call Centre Agent

Contract: Fixed Term or Zero Hours
Salary: £24,570 per annum / Zero Hours - £12.60 per hour
Hours: Full time and part time hours available
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Centre Agent to play a key role in delivering our Water Efficiency Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to tackling one of the most pressing environmental challenges in the UK.
We are looking for someone who is confident and clear in communication, especially over the phone and by email. You must be organised and proactive in engaging with customers and promoting the programme benefits.
Summary of the role:
London and the South-East have been designated as areas of ‘Severe Water Stress’ by the UK Government. It is therefore vital that we use water more wisely, reduce wastage, and safeguard supplies for future generations.
As a Call Centre Agent you will:
· Contact commercial customers via telephone and email to promote the programme.
· Generate and book appointments for our water efficiency teams.
· Provide clear and positive communication to encourage participation.
· Support the wider programme, which includes offering on-site advice, installing free water-saving devices, and carrying out minor plumbing repairs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, is target-driven, and wants to make a tangible impact on the environment.
