Full job description

Motorclean is a vehicle preparation company that provide valeting and various services to car companies across the UK. We have an opportunity for a Self Employed Car Valeter at a car dealership in Bridgwater.

Pay: Per unit, averaging £1,000 per week

Hours available: Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00 & Saturday 08:30 - 12:00

What we are looking for:

  • Experience as a professional Valeter
  • Full driving licence
  • Reliable, consistent, and ready to work
  • Pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work
  • Team player who communicates well, even under pressure
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, active work

What we can offer:

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Ensure vehicles are cleaned to a high standard
  • Pre-soak, wash, dry and polish/ wax exterior
  • Clean and vacuum interior including seats, windows, carpets, mats, dashboards
  • Dress tyres
  • Apply protective/ ceramic coatings to exterior and interior when required
  • Check vehicles for damage and report to Management
  • Maintain valeting tools
  • Handle chemicals according to Health and safety procedures
  • Keep valet areas clean and tidy at all times.
  • Move vehicles safely on company grounds
  • Prioritise workload and communicate to relevant department
