Night Care Leader- Vacancy

Job Title:

Night Care Leader

Pay rate

Per hour: £15.52

Weekly Hours

42 hours per week on a 3 on 3 off basis over a 6-week rolling rota. 8pm – 8am

Nodens Manor Care Home is located in Lydney and we are seeking a Night Care Leader to join the growing team.

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Always present a compassionate and professional image.

- Have an NVQ 3 and experience of being a Deputy/Night Care Leader

- OR you are a Senior Care Assistant wanting the next step, and feel you have the skills to lead a great team.

- You are kind, warm, and compassionate person with a “can- do” attitude.

- Have knowledge around safeguarding, whistleblowing, and medication management.

- Able to support, guide and lead by good example.

- Have ability to plan and prioritise workloads with an eye for details.

- Have excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise, focus and has sense of responsibility and remain calm under pressure.

- Are able to work with health professionals and all other stakeholders.

- Are able to cover the shift on short notice to meet the needs of residents.

- Handle enquiries from residents, visitors, and resident and relative requests and act appropriately in emergency situations.
