Full job description

Jubilee House are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistants to join their expanding team. As a Night Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to our residents. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in someone's life.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Follow care plans and ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Skills:
- Previous experience in home care or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to changing needs
- Proficient in English language, both spoken and written
- Familiarity with care home environment and procedures is preferred but in house training will be given.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.25-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 11 – 44 per week
