Yates Court, part of the Extra Care Charitable Trust, are recruiting care staff now!

This is an exciting time to be joining Yates Court and be part of a supportive team in a luxury retirement village.

We provide a domiciliary care service all under one roof. No more travelling!

Are you a Care and Support Worker who is compassionate, patient, and personable and would like to develop your career with us? If so, we would like to hear from you.

  • Role: Care and Support Worker - Nights
  • Hours: 22 hours per week (Working X2, 12 hour night shifts)
  • Salary: 12.96 per hour
  • Location: Yates Court Scheme, High Street, Evesham, WR11 4DN ·

As a Care and Support Worker, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:

  • Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
  • Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
  • Encourage independence and self-belief
  • Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.

Person Specification

  • Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
  • Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
  • Passionate about delivering a quality care service
  • Flexible with hours.
