The service we offer is to support 43 elderly residents and promote independence whilst protecting their dignity and privacy.
We are looking for both experienced care assistants and those looking to join a care role the most important thing is that you have a caring nature, natural empathy and a willingness to help.
It is essential that you are good team player and have a caring attitude.
We would like you to have had a NVQ level 2 but this is not essential as full training will be given
You will ensure that you adhere to the relevant policies, procedures and practices within a Care environment during the day.
We have a range of shift patterns including part time and full time positions Days /evenings shift times are 07.00 - 14.00, 14.00 - 21.30.
We operate a rolling rota to enable you to plan in advance your free time. This role will include alternate weekend work. The home pay weekend enhancements
